The Truax FLXII-88 Warm Season Grass Drill is 8 ft wide, has 8 planting rows and 8″ spacing. It plants 5.3 feet per pass and plants seeds 1/2″ deep.

Precedence for drill use goes to those planting warm-season fluffy grass seeds. The drill can also be used to plant other seeds such as cool season grasses, pasture mixes, food plots, alfalfa, or clover.

This drill was funded jointly by MDNR, Pheasants Forever, and Ducks Unlimited.
